Oil on Texture

This is my most appreciated work. I painted this painting in summer holidays of 2011. I chose this textured sheet because its texture works good for realistic painting. It sometimes give 3D look if painting is realistic in nature. I don't like to use pencil for initial drawing so I directly started painting this work with colors. I asked my mother to keep her foot in this posture. I quickly painted that posture & later worked on rest of the part of this painting. I directly painted this vessel without taking any idea from real vessel. I don't like disturbance while painting & I also don't leave my work until it get completed. So, I preferred to paint this vessel directly by imagination. I know it is not that perfect in shape as of real but I tried my best in giving real look. I also painted the camel & few people at the left portion but I removed the crew because that part was creating disturbance in the painting.
I used golden color in coloring wheat grain & decorating bridal apparel. It works better in giving Indian wedding time to this painting.
